SCR cuts cost of tickets for Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan trains by 10 percent

The South Caucasus Railways (SCR), a Russian-owned company operating Armenia's railroads, said today it has cut the price of tickets for Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan train by 10 percent for February.

YEREVAN, February 11. / ARKA /. The South Caucasus Railways (SCR), a Russian-owned company operating Armenia's railroads, said today it has cut the price of tickets for Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan train by 10 percent for February.
Thus the cost of a ticket in a second class carriage is 7,600 drams and the cost of a ticket in a compartment carriage is 11.600 drams. The cost of a ticket in a sleeping car is 16,030 drams.
South Caucasus Railways is a 100% subsidiary of state-run Russian Railways that was awarded a concessional management of SCR. The 30 year contract was signed in 2008. It can be prolonged for another 10 years. M.M. -0-($1- 406.29 drams). -0-
