Some 17,260 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in March, 2022, up from 14,235 deals concluded in February, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

YEREVAN, May 11. /ARKA/. Some 17,260 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in March, 2022, up from 14,235 deals concluded in February, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

Most of the deals – 5,748 (33.3% of total) - were concluded in the capital city Yerevan, while the least in Vayots Dzor province- 348 (2%).

Some 2,853 real estate deals were concluded in Kotayk province, 1,544 deals in Ararat , 1,489 deals in Armavir province, 1,209 deals in Gegharkunik, 928 deals in Aragatsotn, 901 in Lori, 882 deals in Shirak,

686 deals were concluded in Tavush and 672 deals in Syunik provinces.

Some 6, 613 deals were property alienations, including 4,859 deals of purchase and sale, 1,542 deals were donations, 12 deals were property exchanges. Another 3, 321 deals were property inheritance, 2,413 deals were concluded as collateral, 2,398 deals were primary registration, 1,333 deals were re-registration, 894 deals were home rent and 288 deals were property legalization.-0-
