Some 19,815 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in October 2023, up from 17,253 deals concluded in September and 16,673 deals concluded in October last year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. Some 19,815 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in October 2023, up from 17,253 deals concluded in September and 16,673 deals concluded in October last year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

It said the majority of the deals – 5,215 - were concluded in the capital Yerevan and the least number - 532- in Vayots Dzor province.

Some 4,580 were sale and purchase deals, 2,426 deals were donations, 39 were property exchange. Also, 3,790 transactions were inheritance, 3,325 were primary registration of real estate, 2,375 were collateral deals, 1,828 were property re-registration , 876 were lease deals and 369 were property legalization deals. -0-
