With 750 points Armenia’s national football team has kept its 33rd position in FIFA’s current  ranking.

YEREVAN, May 8. / ARKA /. With 750 points Armenia’s national football team has kept its 33rd position in FIFA’s current  ranking.

FIFA top ten rankings for May 8 is as follows:

1. Spain - 1460 points,
2 . Germany - 1340
3 . Portugal - 1245
4 . Brazil - 1210
5 . Colombia - 1186
6. Uruguay - 1181
7. Argentina - 1178
8. Switzerland - 1161
9. Italy - 1115
10 . Greece - 1082

The next update of FIFA rankings is on June 6. On May 25 Armenia’s team will play a friendly match against Iraq in Yerevan. 

The Armenian team will play also on May 31 in Zion against Algeria, and on June 6 in Mainz versus the Germans. Armenian footballers are preparing for Euro 2016 qualifying rounds. 

They are in the qualifying group I, which has also Portugal, Denmark, Serbia and Albania. -0 –
