Armenia as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan is one of the most popular foreign destination for Russian travelers who seek to mark a set of public holidays in early May outside their country, according to Russian news agency Tass, which cited the findings of a study conducted by Russian Standard bank.

YEREVAN, April 10. /ARKA/. Armenia as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan is one of the most popular foreign destination for Russian travelers who seek to mark a set of public holidays in early May outside their country, according to Russian news agency Tass, which cited the findings of a study conducted by Russian Standard bank.

It says gastronomic travels to Armenia and Georgia have not lost their popularity among Russians this spring as well.

"A mild and warm climate, spectacular natural landscapes and colorful, beloved by many, cuisine of these countries put them in the top five in demand for tours in the run-up to the May holidays," according to – the study. -0-
