‘My dream is to be able to help farmers in such a way that everyone has successful agriculture and our agriculture surpass the agriculture of Israel, for this there are all possible prerequisites,’ says agricultural expert, farmer Harutyun Mnatsakanyan.
According to him, in the 21st century, water and sun are essential in agriculture; ‘we have both of them, but only 5% of the potential of Armenia's agriculture is used, while it is possible to become competitive in the world as a result of an effective policy.’
