What should the state do to take advantage of the opportunities of artificial intelligence

‘The integration of the Armenian language into the Chat GPT artificial intelligence system is very important. We have appealed to the Prime Minister and the government to take steps as soon as possible. These steps will benefit the state greatly,’ says Karen Martirosyan, a shareholder and senior management consultant at Avenue Consulting Group.
According to him, the state must design a strategy, and ‘we must understand whether we want to be a user or a creator. We should act accordingly, so that we can take advantage of the unlimited opportunities of artificial intelligence and so that it does not become a challenge for us.’
