By a vote of 67 to 4 and 29 abstentions the Armenian parliament approved today in the first reading a set of changes to the law on trade and services and the code of administrative offenses, drafted by the parliamentary committee on economic issues, which require that retailers have special shelves for dairy products with milk fat substitutes and/or other additives.
