YEREVAN, March 5. /ARKA/. The Armenian parliament has adopted, in its second and final reading, a draft law stipulating that products made with milk fat substitutes must be separated on shelves and clearly labeled.
According to the approved amendments, products made with natural milk fat must be placed in a designated area with green markers, while those made with substitutes must be placed with orange markers.
Additionally, manufacturers may voluntarily label their product packaging with green or orange markers to make it easier for consumers to distinguish between the types of products.
