Armenian banks' net profit in first three months of 2023 more than doubled to AMD 70 bln

Armenian banks' net profit in the first three months of 2023 surged to AMD 70 bln from AMD 32.5 bln in the same time span of 2022, having increased by 115%, according to ARKA news agency's ranking. All 18 banks posted net profit.

The world’s second largest spirit producer French Pernod Ricard SA increased its net profit for the 2016/17 financial year (ended on June 30), saying the growth was helped by higher U.S. demand for whiskey, a return to sales growth in China and tight cost control, finmarket.ru reported citing a company’s press release.
