Armenian company Wolverine E.A.D.G. was awarded today by the government customs privileges in return for a pledge to invest AMD 904.8 million (over $2.2 million) in production of high-end armoured helmets.

YEREVAN, 23 January. /ARKA/. Armenian company Wolverine E.A.D.G. was awarded today by the government customs privileges in return for a pledge to invest AMD 904.8 million (over $2.2 million) in production of high-end armoured helmets.
At a meeting on Thursday, the government exempted the company from customs duties on imported raw materials.
The production of helmets will be set up in Armavir region. Currently, the company has 8 jobs with an average monthly salary of 279 thousand drams. As part of its investment programme designed until 2027 the number of jobs is to increase up to 20 with an average monthly salary of 293 thousand drams. ($1 - 398.88 drams).
