At the new office opening ceremony, IDBank also presented the first in Armenia Visa Signature premium card.
New Banking Culture
IDBank Board Chairman Mher Abrahamyan told reporters that the branch opened a new page in Armenia's banking service history. "We are trying to implant a new bank servicing culture of in Armenia, providing our clients and visitors with conditions for getting high-quality services combining this with Coworking and a visit to a cafe," he said.
Maximum Effect with Minimum Time Spending
IDBank Developmnet Director Karen Nalbandyan, in his turn, stressed that the new branch's capacity is in tune with a modern city's requirements and is used for catering for clients' all needs. "Nowadays, visitors have little time, but they should receive maximum effect," he said. "And the flagship office will operate following this concept."

Head of IDBank Marketing Division Tatevik Hovhannisyan, for her part, said holders of the first in Armenia Visa Signature premium card will enjoy a wide range of services, particularly shopping cashback and balance on the debit card for one year. "Holders of this card will have some advantages in airports," she said. "In particular, they will have Lounge Key premium class services and will enjoy travel and medical insurance preferences."
Cash withdrawal via Visa Signature premium card is free. The user can also set a payment limit. The card provides also some preferences and discounts.
"All Visa Signature premium card holders will get individual service in our new branch's Privilege Banking hall," Hovhannisyan said. "They can receive consulting from our experts. The kids room will be offered to clients with children. They can leave their kids with our officers while receiving banking services."
