Participants in a Gallup International Association poll in Armenia answered the question of which political party they would vote for in the parliamentary elections this coming Sunday.
YEREVAN, June 5. /ARKA/. Participants in a Gallup International Association poll in Armenia answered the question of which political party they would vote for in the parliamentary elections this coming Sunday.
Eighteen political parties have registered to participate in the National Assembly elections scheduled for June 7, 2026.
According to Aram Navasardyan, head of the Armenian office of Gallup International Association, 32.4% of respondents said they would vote for the ruling Civil Contract party, while 16.4% voted for the Strong Armenia bloc. The opposition Armenia bloc rounded out the top three with 15.2%.
"8.8% of respondents said they would vote for the Prosperous Armenia Party, 6.2% for the Wings of Unity Party, 3.2% for the Democracy, Law, and Discipline Party, and 3.1% for the Bright Armenia Party," he said.
According to Navasardyan, 2.1% of respondents said they would vote for the New Force Reformist Party, 2% for the Meritocratic Party of Armenia and the Against All Party, 1.5% for the Republic Party, 0.3% for the Armenian National Congress Party, 0.2% for the For the Republic - Defenders of Democracy Party, and 0.1% each for the Kochari - National Revival and Awakening of the Nation Party, the Christian Democratic Party, the National Democratic Pole Party, the Reformist Party, and the Democratic Union Party.
He reported that 4.2% of respondents refused to answer the question, while 2.1% were undecided.
A total of 1,104 people participated in the telephone survey conducted in Armenia on June 2-3.
As a reminder, according to the results of the previous similar survey, conducted on May 19-21, 28.8% of respondents said they would vote for the ruling Civil Contract party, 14.9% for the Strong Armenia bloc, 12.1% for the Armenia bloc, 8.7% for the Prosperous Armenia party, and 5.8% for the Wings of Unity party.
