Winner of “My Ameria, My Home” draw highlights benefits of Ameriabank

YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. On Thursday, Ameriabank awarded Shushanik Sargsyan, the winner of the "My Ameria, My Home" drawing, a certificate for an apartment.
From October to December 31, 2024, Ameriabank organized a large-scale drawing, in which current and new clients of the bank had the chance to win an apartment in one of the newly constructed buildings in Yerevan. Promo codes for participation in the lottery could be obtained in various ways: opening an account with Ameriabank, ordering a card, logging into MyAmeria, making transactions through MyAmeria, making payments using MyPay, transacting on the MyInvest platform, inviting friends to become Ameriabank clients, obtaining a mortgage or car loan via online platforms, and opening an account on the Ameria Business platform.
Ameriabank is the best bank
“When I found out that I had won the drawing, I had the most conflicting emotions – it's hard to describe, but I want everyone to experience it. I had heard that Ameriabank was holding a drawing, but I didn't know I was participating or that I had promo codes,” Sargsyan shared her feelings.
According to her, upon learning of her win, the first thing she did was hug her two-year-old son and call her husband.
“The children reacted very strongly. My daughter tells everyone, ‘Ameriabank is the best bank, it gave my mom an apartment,’” Sargsyan said.
She shared that she has been a client of Ameriabank for more than five years.
“It’s a very good bank. I conduct all of our company’s transactions through Ameriabank. I use the MyAmeria app to pay utilities and manage personal transactions. It’s fast and convenient. The staff always greets me with a smile and shows care, even if there are issues. They have a special attitude toward each client,” Sargsyan said.
Armenia is our common home
Ameriabank’s Marketing and Communications Director, Rebecca Hakobyan, said that Ameriabank organizes raffles and interesting campaigns for its clients year-round.
“The ‘My Ameria, My Home’ raffle is symbolic for us. We wanted to tell our compatriots that we need to live, create, and build Armenia together. The concept of ‘home’ is associated with Armenia and the hearth. It is important for us to show that we want to provide housing to active clients who believe in our mission,” Hakobyan said.
She emphasized that the draw was conducted transparently and fairly, with the winner randomly selected live on the bank’s social media channels.
“We held this draw to confirm that, as a responsible brand, we are creating added value for society. Regardless of the political situation in Armenia, you feel confident and surrounded by warmth. This is part of our culture. In the United States, for example, it is impossible to feel this. We wanted to show that we ourselves invest in Armenia,” Hakobyan explained.
She also responded to a question from the Novosti-Armenia agency about whether a similar drawing is planned for this year.
“Right now, the bank is running campaigns during which various exciting raffles are organized. I suggest closely monitoring them. This year, we will offer an exciting opportunity not only for young people but also for children. We have launched the MyAmeria Star banking app for minors (ages 6-18), which enables our clients to teach children financial literacy and money management,” Hakobyan said.
She promised interesting campaigns within this project but did not disclose further details.
MyHome
“The apartment won by the raffle participant was previously included in the MyHome ecosystem, which offers real estate from both the primary and secondary markets. Real estate can be financed with an online mortgage. The process for approving a primary-market mortgage loan takes just 5 minutes. MyHome allows you to review the best market offers, calculate possible loan payments, choose an apartment, apply for a loan, and, if approved, finalize it in minutes,” said Vahram Gevorkyan, Head of Long-Term Banking Services at Ameriabank.
He reminded that Ameriabank offers a variety of mortgage lending options to its clients.
“We are active in both the primary and secondary real estate markets, providing loans for construction and renovation. We collaborate with the government on various programs. We leverage our capabilities and potential to activate Armenia’s real estate market,” Gevorkyan said.
According to him, Ameriabank was very careful in selecting the apartment. The winner of the raffle received a property in a newly built complex, located in a good neighborhood with a beautiful view.
