The shareholders of Armenia’s gas distribution monopoly ArmRusGasProm are to hold today an annual meeting in Yerevan, said Valery Golubev, Gazprom representative.
YEREVAN, June 22. /ARKA/. The shareholders of Armenia’s gas distribution monopoly ArmRusGasProm are to hold today an annual meeting in Yerevan, said Valery Golubev, Gazprom representative.
“The annual meeting will focus on the company’s dividend policy, social programs implementation and the price policy,” he was quoted as saying at a conference Armenia at the Crossroads of Communication.
The shareholders are to sum up the economic year of 2008, Golubev added.
Established in 1997, Armenia’s gas distribution monopoly ArmRusGasProm is owned by the Russian gas giant Gazprom (80%) and the RA Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (20%). The company’s authorized capital amounts to $580.8mln.
Russian natural gas supplies to Armenia pass through the territory of Georgia. –0--
