YEREVAN, August 14. /ARKA/. Armenia has the potential to increase exports of agricultural and food products to Kazakhstan, particularly wine, fruits and vegetables, and fish, stated Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan in a conversation with Kazakhstan's Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov.

As reported by the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Economy, the two ministers convened on August 13 in Almaty during a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Union's Council on Agro-Industrial Policy.

Papoyan and Saparov explored avenues for strengthening agricultural cooperation, boosting mutual trade, launching joint investment initiatives, and exchanging modern agricultural technologies and expertise.

They also addressed collaboration in the effective management of water resources, irrigation systems, livestock farming, and agricultural processing. Papoyan specifically emphasized the potential for increasing the availability of Armenian agricultural and food products in the Kazakh market, including wine, fruits, vegetables, and fish products. -0-
