Armenia's foreign trade amounted to about $9.2 billion in the first quarter of 2024, which is 2.1 times more than in  January-March 2023, the National Statistical Committee reports.

YEREVAN, April 25. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade amounted to about $9.2 billion in the first quarter of 2024, which is 2.1 times more than in January-March 2023, the National Statistical Committee reports.

In March this year, compared to March last year, this indicator increased by 2.1 times. Armenian exports increased 2.7 times, amounting to over $4.4 billion. In March, exports increased 3 times yoy.

Imports during the reporting period totaled over $4.7bmillion, registering a 75.8% increase over the same period in 2023. In March, this indicator grew by 56.2% year-on-year. ($1 - AMD 390.04). -0-
