Copper concentrate production in Armenia increased by 8.9% in January-October 2024 compared to the same period last year, reaching 258,497.5 tons, according to data published by the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.
YEREVAN, December 9. /ARKA/. Copper concentrate production in Armenia increased by 8.9% in January-October 2024 compared to the same period last year, reaching 258,497.5 tons, according to data published by the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.
At the same time, zinc concentrate production increased by 32.5% to 8,644 tons, while molybdenum concentrate production decreased by 28.5% to 14,598.1 tons.
During the reporting period, 3,591.7 tons of ferromolybdenum were produced, marking a 43.3% decrease compared to the figure for the ten months of 2023.
