EDB intends to invest $200-250 million in Armenia in 2025-2026

Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan met with Yaroslav Mandron, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), according to the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

YEREVAN, February 24. /ARKA/. Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan met with Yaroslav Mandron, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), according to the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

The counterparts discussed the investments made by the Eurasian Development Bank in Armenia, which amounted to $328 million in 2022-2024, with accumulated investments totaling $488 million.

"The EDB is focused on investments in Armenia's real sector and plans to invest approximately $200-250 million in the country in 2025-2026," the report states.

The Minister expressed gratitude to Mandron for the Bank's response to the emergency caused by torrential rains on May 25-26, 2024.
