Industrial output in Armenia up 3% over the first 10 months, reaching 2.4 trillion drams
YEREVAN, December 8. /ARKA/. Industrial output in Armenia in January-October 2025 amounted to 2,408,950.1 million drams (at current prices), a decrease of 3% compared to January-October 2024, according to the Statistical Committee.
Moreover, industrial output in October amounted to 353,037.2 million drams, an increase of 17.9% compared to October 2024 and a 20.8% rise compared to September 2025.
The output in the mining and open-pit mining industries for the first 10 months of this year amounted to 410,741.0 million drams (a 1.2% increase compared to the same period of 2024), while the manufacturing industry output amounted to 1,668,468.4 million drams (a 6.5% decrease).
The electricity, gas, steam, and purified air supplies amounted to 302,669.3 million drams (an 11.7% increase), while the water supply, sewerage, and waste management and recycling output amounted to 27,071.4 million drams (an increase of 2.2%).
The manufacturing industry accounted for the largest share of industrial output in January-October 2025, accounting for 69.3%. The share of mining and open-pit mining is 17%, the supply of electricity, gas, steam and purified air is 12.6%, and water supply, sewerage, waste management and recycling is 1.1%.
