Mirzoyan and Tokayev discuss joint initiatives in the field of economics and innovation

YEREVAN, March 28. /ARКА/. The Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev focused on the implementation of joint initiatives in the fields of economy, trade, transport, innovation, and education during a meeting held on Thursday.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the two leaders exchanged views on the efforts to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries and expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
In the context of promoting economic development and interconnectedness, both sides emphasized the importance of efforts aimed at the effective use of transport and logistics networks and increasing the volume of cargo transportation.
The Foreign Minister of Armenia and the President of Kazakhstan also exchanged opinions on international and regional issues.
