As stated by RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, this prestigious event will be held in Yerevan for the first time.
"Concours Mondial de Bruxelles will be held at the Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex and will be dedicated to tastings of red, white, and sparkling wines," Papoyan noted at a government meeting on Thursday.
The minister announced that more than 400 wine experts from 65 countries are expected to participate; The program also includes business meetings, a trade show, and a number of other events.
"Guests of the tasting competition will also visit Armenia's wine-producing regions, cultural and historical sites, and tourist destinations, and learn about Armenian culture," said Papoyan.
