YEREVAN, August 24. /ARKA/. On August 24 overnight, Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire regime in the Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) by using small arms, the Artsakh Defense Ministry reported.
