YEREVAN, April 24./ARKA/. Fire hit early on Wednesday Yerevan Institute of Perinatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology (Republican maternity hospital), Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on its website.

One of the rooms at the hospital was fuming at nearly six o’clock in the morning. A fast-response group arrived at the incident place.

“The fire hit the recreation room of the Institute director,” Ministry said.

The fire was localized at 06:39 and extinguished at 06:53.

The room of 12 sq. m area was totally destroyed.

No injured were reported. -0-
