YEREVAN, June 14. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan thinks Russia and the United States are interested in Karabakh conflict settlement.
He said Wednesday in his interview with Kentron TV Channel that the U.S.A. is a little hastens in an effort to solve he problem, and Russia absolutely doesn’t bar it from doing it.
Oskanyan thinks Russian President Putin said the best thing – Russia will accept any decision acceptable to the sides and will appear as a guarantor of the conflict settlement.
“Russia, guided by its general global policy, doesn’t want to take the initiative greater than its activity within OSCE Minsk Group’s frames together with the United States and France. This is the only difference between Russia and the United States, but there is no discord between the countries over the content”, the minister said in his interview. M.V.-0----
