On Thursday, the Armenian government approved a proposal to pay additional money to policemen for their overtime work.
YEREVAN, August 12. /ARKA/. On Thursday, the Armenian government approved a proposal to pay additional money to policemen for their overtime work.
Alik Sargsyan, chief of Armenian Police Department, said that the extra money will be paid to policemen in lump sum once a month.
The government set a five-day working week for policemen with permission of no more than eight-hour overtime work a day.
According to the government’s decision, overtime work must not exceed 300 hours a year.
Police investigators will have the highest monthly extra wages, which will amount to AMD 25,000 (about $68).--0---
