The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia will be renamed, announced Minister Arsen Torosyan.
YEREVAN, June 23. /ARKA/. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia will be renamed, announced Minister Arsen Torosyan.
"There is an idea to rename the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to the Ministry of Labor and Welfare in the near future. Changes in the functions of the Unified Social Service are also expected in the future," Torosyan noted at a working meeting on Tuesday.
The minister emphasized the importance of effectively implementing the digitalization of social services, emphasizing the need to introduce simpler mechanisms for receiving, processing, and servicing citizen applications.
In this context, the progress of the implementation of the innovative "Spark.work" platform, launched by the Ministry, and the ongoing work to expand its functionality were also presented.
Spark.work is an HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software platform that integrates tools for personnel management, recruitment, performance assessment, strategic planning, and analytics. The solution involves the use of AI modules to automate HR and management processes.
