YEREVAN, August 26. /ARKA/. On Wednesday, Armenian Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Kristine Ghalechyan and a delegation led by Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Khalil Shirgolami discussed the initiative to build a second bridge across the Araks River on the Armenian-Iranian border.

The Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of implementing joint infrastructure development programs, the ministry's press service reported.

During the meeting, the progress of joint infrastructure programs was discussed. Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
