The Armenian government has accepted today the resignation of Lori province governor Aram Kocharian.
YEREVAN, July 14. / ARKA /. The Armenian government has accepted today the resignation of Lori province governor Aram Kocharian.
Deputy minister of territorial administration Vache Terteryan said Kocharian was relieved of his duties according to his own application. The decision comes into force on 12 August.
According to reports in some Armenian newspapers, the main reason for resignation was prime minister Tigran Sarkisian’s dissatisfaction with the governor’s work. -0-
