STEPANAKERT, September 26. /ARKA/. President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan accepted Head of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed Forces, First Deputy Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and NKR Defense Minister, Commander of NKR Defense Army, Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan.
