YEREVAN, July 2. /ARKA/. President of Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) Bako Sahakyan signed a decree today appointing Araik Harutyunyan as a presidential adviser. Sahakyan’s press office said Harutyunyan will be representing the president on special assignments.

On June 6 Bako Sahakyan relieved Harutyunyan of the post of the state minister in accordance with his own resignation application.-0-
