From January to March 2026, Armenia received 504.4 tons of humanitarian aid worth 10,698.9 million drams ($28,235,800).
YEREVAN, May 13. /ARKA/. From January to March 2026, Armenia received 504.4 tons of humanitarian aid worth 10,698.9 million drams ($28,235,800). This was reported by the Statistical Committee.
Moreover, during the same period in 2025, the republic received 1,030.9 tons of humanitarian aid worth 3,986.8 million drams ($10,039,800).
The top three countries by volume of humanitarian aid received by Armenia in the first quarter of this year were the United States ($23,084,000, an 81.7% share, a 6.2-fold increase compared to January-March 2025), Italy ($1,931,500, an 6.8% share, a 5.2-fold increase), and China ($834,200, an 3.0% share, a 42.5% decrease).
Armenia received the largest amount of plastics and plastic products, rubber, and rubber goods as humanitarian aid (265.2 tons, worth $227,500). Textiles ranked second in terms of humanitarian aid volume (65.9 tons, worth $843,700), and base metals and metal products ranked third (56.1 tons, worth $91,300).
