YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree to appoint Anahit Harutyunyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Canada (residence in Ottawa).

By another decree the President appointed Ester Mkrtumyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Paraguay (residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina). -0-
