Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan discussed bilateral trade and economic ties with his French counterpart Francois Ollande during his visit to France, the presidential press office reported.
YEREVAN, October 2. /ARKA/. Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan discussed bilateral trade and economic ties with his French counterpart Francois Ollande during his visit to France, the presidential press office reported.
Sargsyan expressed satisfaction with the level of French leading businesses being represented in Armenia (Carrefour, Pernod Ricard, Orange, Crédit Agricole, Alcatel, Veolia and others), according to the report.
The president also stressed the importance of support programs that were launched by the French Cooperation Agency this year.
Partner relations are established between over 30 local government agencies. In this conenection, France’s Ollande attached importance to the third decentralized cooperation forum to be held in Valans on October 15-17. –0--
