YEREVAN, February 27. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sees no grounds for war or escalation in the region.

"My assessment is that there are no reasons, no preconditions, and no basis for war or escalation. My assessment is unequivocal — there is no basis or justification for this," the Armenian prime minister said during a press briefing on the sidelines of parliament.

According to him, there are proposals for resolving all existing regional issues. "Some of these proposals have been made public, while others are being discussed at diplomatic and working levels," he added.
