YEREVAN, February 26. /ARKA/. Armenian Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan signed a decree terminating the powers of the director of the National AIDS Prevention Center Samvel Grigoryan.

The ministry's press office said Samvel Grigoryan was sacked because of the failure to perform properly his duties.

According to another decree of the minister, Arthur Berberyan was appointed as interim director of the center. An interim labor agreement was concluded with him until the appointment of a new permanent director. -0-
