Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on Monday dismissing Vaghinak Sargsyan as commander of the border troops of the National Security Service (NSS).
YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on Monday dismissing Vaghinak Sargsyan as commander of the border troops of the National Security Service (NSS).
By another decree he appointed Arman Maralchyan to the position.
On October 8, President Armen Sarkissian, at the suggestion of the Prime Minister, dismissed the head of the National Security Service Argishti Kyaramyan, who was appointed to the post in June, 2020. Kyaramyan was replaced by Mikael Hambardzumyan as acting head of the National Security Service. -0-
