YEREVAN, April 4. /ARKA/. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the spokesman of the Armenia defense ministry, started posting data and photos of those killed in clashes on Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact line.
According to Novosti Armenia the following servicemen were killed on the frontline:
Armenak Urfanyan, 25, commander of the 4th squadron, in military service since 2007, lived in Yerevan before his service;
Kyaram Sloyan, 19, machine gunner, a conscript of 2014, lived in Artashavan village, Armenia's Aragatsotn province before military service;
Yuri Paramazyan, a commander of 15th squadron, a conscript of 2014, lived in Martuni, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic;
Major Hovsep Mailyan, 38, in service since 1998, lived in Tumi village, Hadrut province;
Sasun Mkrtchyan, 27, machine gunner, professional soldier, in service since 2011, lived in Yerevan.
Nodarik Margaryan, 53, professional serviceman, lived in Gugark village, Armenia's Lori province;
Hovsep Kirakosyan, 28, in service since 2006, captain, lived in Apaga village, Armenia's Armavir province.
According to the latest reports from the frontline, Karabakh forces have shot down two helicopters, destroyed 20 tanks, 5 armored vehicles, three drones and other armament, killing more than 200 enemy soldiers. The Armenian side reported 18 men killed and 40 wounded.
On April 3, Azerbaijani troops assaulted Karabakh positions in the southern section of the line of contact by using artillery guns and armored vehicles. NKR Defense Army is suppressing the aggressive actions of the enemy. -0---
