Norayr Muradkhanyan, a former chief of visa and passport department at Police, is appointed a new head of Armenian Police Staff, a spokesman for Police Armen Malkhasyan told ARKA Wednesday.

YEREVAN, August 15. /ARKA/. Norayr Muradkhanyan, a former chief of visa and passport department at Police, is appointed a new head of Armenian Police Staff, a spokesman for Police Armen Malkhasyan told ARKA Wednesday.

Muradkhanyan has been listed in the personnel reserve since January of this year.

The decree on the appointment was signed by Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan on August 10. —0-
