Pashinyan discusses implementation of TRIPP project with Arab ambassadors

YEREVAN, August 11. /ARKA/. Today, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted the ambassadors of Arab nations accredited in Armenia to discuss initiatives aimed at reopening regional communication routes, including the TRIPP project.

As reported by the government press service, the discussions focused on efforts to promote peace and stability in the region. In this regard, the participants highlighted the significance of the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The Prime Minister underscored the necessity of enhancing relations with Arab states and fostering deeper cooperation, pointing out the strong historical and cultural connections that exist between Armenia and Arab countries.

Additionally, the upcoming 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17), scheduled to take place in Armenia this October, was addressed. The Prime Minister stressed the importance of active participation from Arab delegations in the forthcoming events.-0-
