YEREVAN, April 8. /ARKA/. The second Armenian president Robert Kocharyan will attend president Serzh Sargsyan inaugural ceremony at Yerevan Sports and Concert complex on April 9, Novosti-Armenia reported, referring to press secretary of ex-president Victor Soghomonyan.
