Armenia’s capital city will host a gathering of mayors of capitals of the member states of the Council of Europe in autumn, the territorial administration ministry reported after a meeting chaired by minister Armen Gevorgyan.

YEREVAN, May 30. / ARKA /. Armenia’s capital city will host a gathering of mayors of capitals of the member states of the Council of Europe in autumn, the territorial administration ministry reported after a meeting chaired by minister Armen Gevorgyan.

Armen Gevorkyan was quoted as saying that the ministry of foreign affairs and the Yerevan municipality should start the preparatory work for the meeting and agree with their colleagues its program and agenda.

The meeting also discussed a set of issues related to the preparation for the upcoming second Armenian-French Forum on direct cooperation, which will be held in autumn in the French city Valance. -0-
