Deputy foreign minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanian has been relieved of his post and appointed as Armenia’s resident representative to UN under a presidential decree, the press office of Armenian president reported.
YEREVAN, April 22. /ARKA/. Deputy foreign minister of Armenia zohrab Mnatsakanian has been relieved of his post and appointed as Armenia’s resident representative to UN under a presidential decree, the press office of Armenian president reported.
Mnatsakanian supervised the negotiations over the association agreement with the EU in the country’s ministry of foreign affairs.
The president appointed David Haruitunian as minister-head of government apparatus and re-appointed Armen Yeritsyan as head of ministry of emergencies late last week.
Defense minister Seyran Ohanyan and foreign minister Edward Nalbandian were reappointed on April 15. –0--
