Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center has issued today a warning on strong winds, saying in a statement that on April 12, in some regions, especially in Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik provinces, winds are very likely to speed up to 30-35 m/s.

YEREVAN, April 11. /ARKA/. Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center has issued today a warning on strong winds, saying in a statement that on April 12, in some regions, especially in Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik provinces, winds are very likely to speed up to 30-35 m/s.

It warned that that the winds may break trees and damage roofs. The public is to be more cautious and to follow the development of the weather situation.

Earlier, the Center reported that the temperature on April 11 will rise by 4-6 degrees during the day, and will gradually decrease by 10-13 degrees on April 12-13. -0-
