Armenian government launches 24-hour hotline numbers

Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, appointed as chief coordinator of the 30-day state of emergency, declared by the government to contain the spread of coronavirus, said in a Facebook post today that “hot line” telephone numbers are now available for 24-hour calls.

Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, appointed as chief coordinator of the 30-day state of emergency, declared by the government to contain the spread of coronavirus, said in a Facebook post today that “hot line” telephone numbers are now available for 24-hour calls. He said the employees will answer all the questions in a 24-hour mode.
Below are the hotline numbers: 8141 - for calls from the territory of Armenia; +374 11208141 - for calls from abroad, 060 83 83 00 – for calls on health issues (Operational Call Center). There is also a “hot line” of the Ministry of Health - 8003.
The bulk of the coronavirus cases in Armenia (133 out of 160) are said to be related to two sources of infection involving people who who had arrived from coronavirus-hit Italy and who disregarded health warnings and recommendations. In Armenia, a total of 160 cases of infection with a new coronavirus were confirmed as of March 21.-0-
