YEREVAN, February 6. /ARKA/. Russian citizens made the bulk of foreign nationals who concluded real estate transactions in Armenia in 2022, according to the data from the Cadastre Committee of Armenia.

The official numbers say that Russian nationals bought 1,207 and sold 2,380 properties in Armenia in 2022. Over the same period, U.S. citizens bought 240 and sold 274 properties, and citizens of Iran - 84 and 67 respectively, while citizens of European countries - 245 and 198 respectively.

In total, during 2022, foreigners bought 1,950 and sold 3,173 properties in Armenia.-0-
