YEREVAN, December 25. /ARKA/. One more train with three cars started carrying Yerevan Metro passengers from December 25, Acting Metro Director Babken Sedrakyan said.

"This is already the third additional train. The fourth one will be launched on January 15," he said at a working meeting at Yerevan City Hall on Monday.

Sedrakyan also said that Yerevan Metro actually transported 568,847 passengers last week, which is higher than the planned 504,000 passengers.

Yerevan Metro was launched in 1981. It currently has 10 stations. The total length of all metro lines is 13.4 kilometers. --0--
