Armenia’s head coach announces team composition for match versus Czech Republic

YEREVAN, March 18. / ARKA /. Armenian national football team head coach Vardan Minasyan has announced the names  of players who will be preparing for a FIFA World Cup qualifying game against  the Czech Republic national team scheduled for March 26 in Yerevan.

They are goalkeepers Roman Berezovsky ("Dynamo" Moscow), Gevorg Kasparov ("Zob Ahan", Iran), Artur Harutyunyan ("Shirak" Gyumri); 

defenders - Robert Arzumanyan ("Aktobe" Kazakhstan), Valeri Aleksanyan ("Sanat Naft" Iran), Artem Khachaturov ("Sheriff", Moldova), Kamo Hovhannisyan Artak Edigaryan, Varazdat Aronian ( "Pyunik", Yerevan), Arthur Avakian ("Gandzasar" Kapan); 

midfielders - Henrik Mkhitaryan ("Shakhtar", Donetsk, Ukraine), Karen Muradyan ("Shirak" Gyumri), Marcos Pitstselli ("Kuban", Russia), Gevorg Ghazaryan ("Metallurg" Donetsk), Edgar Malakian ("Ceske Budovitse", Czech Republic) , Zaven Badoyan ("Bat", Belarus), David Manoyan ("Pyunik" Yerevan);

forwards - Yura Movsisyan ("Spartak", Moscow), Edgar Manucharyan ("Ural", Ekaterinburg, Russia), Artur Sarkisov ("Volga", Nizhny Novgorod).

Italians, with their 10 points scored in four matches, are topping the group B. Bulgarian footballers have scored six points in three matches. The Czech national team have scored five points in three games. The Armenian team’s three matches have brought them three points. Danish footballers have earned  three points after three matches as well. The Maltese have scored no points. -0-
