Ameriabank has unveiled today new opportunities of long-distance services designed specifically for its individual customers who can connect to Ameria telephone banking service free until September 30.
YEREVAN, July 21. / ARKA /. Ameriabank has unveiled today new opportunities of long-distance services designed specifically for its individual customers who can connect to Ameria telephone banking service free until September 30.
According to an Ameriabank press release, this service allows its customers to make a number of transactions without having to visit the bank. To do so they need to call 561111 to contact Ameriabank and make the proper request.
Ameria telephone banking service can be used, in particular, to make intra-bank money transfers between one’s own accounts and to other clients’ accounts, non-cash currency transfers, international money transfers, utility payments and other transactions.
The service also allows receiving voice information about current bank balances and turnover, loan balances, loan repayment schedules as well as deposit balances and interests.
The press release says Ameriabank has developed new quick and easy remote banking solutions for payment of utility fees, which can now be paid by using Ameria online banking and Ameria mobile banking services.
It also said phone bills can be paid by using Ameria telephone banking service, as well as via Ameriabank’s ATMs.
