Thirteen powerful air conditioning systems have been installed in the Yerevan Metro (subway), the facility's director Babken Sedrakyan said Tuesday.

YEREVAN, April 25. /ARKA/. Thirteen powerful air conditioning systems have been installed in the Yerevan Metro (subway), the facility's director Babken Sedrakyan said Tuesday.

"It turned out that humidity in the subway has been about 100 percent for the last 30 years," Sedrakyan said, speaking at a working meeting at the City Hall.

Now, thanks to the installation of new air conditioners, the humidity has dropped to 75%, which is quite in line with the established norms.

According to Sedrakyan, another air conditioner will be installed within a month. --0--
